If you have a house, you will have a garden. Personally, I am not bothered at all if I don\’t have a garden. This is because my partner lives at home and has a small farm and a big garden. All my life I grew up in a really small apartment with my parents and siblings. I even lived in a studio apartment. So let me tell you, I was not amused by this at all, but if you are talking about privacy in a small apartment or studio apartment, this is out of the question. My partner, on the other hand, had a really big house, about five big rooms, two bathrooms, and one big kitchen.
This was my dream. Then my partner asked, no, invited me to come live with him, and of course I agreed. A lot of people laughed at me. They said I was only living with him because he was rich and had a big house with a garden. That was not true at all. For the first two years, I had no idea that my partner would one day live in a big house with a garden, take over from my parents and live there, and that they would leave all this to him. My parents lived in a small one-room apartment, which they said was enough for them and that they did not have time for a bigger house and garden.
He said he was tired of mowing the yard. I dream of having a big yard with chickens and geese. This would definitely work. So I asked my partner if we could have ten chickens and five ducks. My partner said, “As long as I\’m happy, sure, I\’ll be happy. Of course I would be happy. I have always wanted to have one, and my partner said that if I am going to have a farm like this, I might as well have the German Shepherd of my dreams. It\’s wonderful! With a garden, most things can happen.
